Aksel Bakunts House-Museum

A museum dedicated to the life and literary legacy of Aksel Bakunts.

The Aksel Bakunts House-Museum presents the life, work, and memory of one of Armenia's most important writers. The museum preserves photographs, documents, personal materials, and exhibitions that connect Bakunts' literary world with Goris, its people, and its landscape.

The museum preserves the traditional Goris stone house where Bakunts lived, including its cellar rooms cut into the rock, in addition to memorial rooms displaying his personal belongings and literary work.
